Summer Internship Program
Our internship programs lasting 20-30 working days during the summer period enable university students to gain valuable sector experience while meeting their mandatory internship requirements. Our internship opportunities offered in our engineering, production and administrative departments between June-September allow students to apply their academic knowledge in business life. Within the scope of the program, we offer participation opportunities in technical training, field visits and project work.
Long-Term Internship Program
Our long-term internship program, which offers the opportunity to work at least 2-3 days a week during the academic year, is ideal for students who want to gain professional experience while their education continues. We also accept interns within the scope of workplace training models such as 3+1, 7+1 of universities. While adapting to your course schedule with flexible working hours, we support your graduation projects and thesis studies.
Our program designed for technical and vocational high school students is aimed at gaining practical skills under the guidance of our master instructors. Our internship program organized within the scope of Law No. 3308 helps young technicians develop their professional competencies while providing early adaptation to the business world. You will have the opportunity to reinforce your technical knowledge with workshop and production site work.
International Student Internship Program
We offer internship opportunities to foreign students within the scope of Erasmus+ and other international exchange programs. This program, which provides global perspective and cultural diversity, provides students with the opportunity to gain professional experience in Turkey while also bringing different perspectives to our company. We help our foreign interns with language support and accommodation.
Engineering and R&D Internships
In our internship programs for mechanical, electrical and industrial engineering students, we offer the opportunity to take active roles in product development and R&D projects. Information Technology and Digitalization Internships

How to Apply for Internship
To apply for our internship programs, you can fill out the online application form on our careers page and upload your current CV and letter of intent to our system. Applications for summer internships are evaluated between February-April, and winter internships between September-November. You can also apply through your university’s career center and benefit from school-company cooperation protocols.
Evaluation and Selection Process
Your applications are evaluated based on criteria such as academic success, technical knowledge, areas of interest and motivation. We conduct online or face-to-face interviews with candidates who pass the preliminary screening to analyze expectations and potential. By determining the most suitable department for your competencies and areas of interest, we ensure ideal matching for an efficient internship experience. Accepted candidates are notified via email.
Pre-Internship Preparation
Before the start of the internship, you will receive a comprehensive information email about program details, department information and documents you need to prepare. You need to submit your school-approved internship documents and identity information to us. With the orientation program that will take place on the first day, you will get to know our company and make a quick start to the internship process.
Internship Performance Evaluation
We follow your development with periodic evaluations during the internship and determine your strengths and development areas. You will have the opportunity to improve your performance by receiving regular feedback from your mentor and department manager. The internship report and project work you will present at the end of the internship will both meet your academic requirements and contribute to your professional development.
