Our Education Support Philosophy
We believe in the critical role of education in social development and consider access to quality education as a right. We align our investments with the UN Sustainable Development Goals of “Quality Education” and “Decent Work,” aiming to create lasting impact through long-term and holistic approaches while collaborating with all stakeholders in the education ecosystem.
We have identified four main focus areas in our educational programs:
- Vocational and technical education
- STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) education
- Educational access for disadvantaged groups
- Industry 4.0 skills development
To increase the effectiveness of our programs, we collaborate with the Ministry of National Education, universities, NGOs, and international educational institutions. Through these partnerships, we use resources efficiently and create a broader impact area.
“Future Technology Leaders” Scholarship Program
Since 2015, we have been providing scholarships to successful and needy university students studying in engineering and technical fields. The support we offer to 20 new students each year goes beyond financial aid, including mentorship, internships, foreign language education, and personal development programs. To date, more than 300 of our graduates have built successful careers in the industry.
Vocational Education Scholarships
We provide scholarships, internships, and employment opportunities to vocational high school students to train intermediate technical personnel needed by the industrial production sector. We provide opportunities for successful students in machinery, electrical-electronics, metal technologies, and automation departments to transform their theoretical knowledge into practice through application workshops and technical tours.
Mentorship and Career Coaching
To support the development of our scholarship recipients, we run a comprehensive mentorship program where our company employees participate as volunteer mentors. Through one-on-one meetings, career planning, and personal development training, we help young people discover their potential.
Our “Model Technical Workshops” Project
Since 2018, we have established workshops in 15 vocational high schools that comply with contemporary industrial standards. In these workshops equipped with CNC machines, industrial robots, and PLC systems, we provide training to teachers on technology use and current production techniques.
STEM Laboratories Support Program
The STEM laboratories we established in primary and secondary schools are equipped with robotics kits, 3D printers, and coding sets. While enabling students to learn by doing and experiencing, we provide training to teachers on project-based learning methodologies.
Digital Transformation and Technology Support
We establish computer laboratories in schools, especially in disadvantaged regions, and provide internet infrastructure and digital content support. With our “Access to Distance Education” project launched during the pandemic period, we provided tablets and internet connections to students in need.
Teacher Professional Development Programs
We organize training for teachers to update their industrial knowledge and skills. We offer professional development opportunities in innovative teaching methods, project-based learning, and technology integration.
Industrial Internship Opportunities for Educators
We provide internship opportunities in our company for teachers in vocational and technical education institutions. Through this program, teachers reinforce their theoretical knowledge with practical applications and follow current developments in the sector.
“Young Inventors” Technology Competition
With our annual competition, we aim to develop students’ creativity and problem-solving skills. We provide prototype development support to finalists who produce technological solutions to daily life problems and incubation opportunities for successful projects.
“Industrial Coding” Camps
In the camps we organize during summer holidays, we provide practical training to young people on programming industrial robots, PLC systems, and IoT applications. In these camps where teamwork is taught, students develop solutions to real industrial problems.
Vocational Education and Employment-Focused Studies
“Industry-Ready Youth” Program
We organize certificate programs in areas needed by the industrial production sector. We give internship and employment priority to young people who complete our machine operation, welding techniques, and automation systems training. 80% of our program graduates find jobs in the sector within six months after training.
Our Vocational High School – Industry Cooperation Projects
With our “School-Industry Matching” program, we bring vocational high schools together with industrial organizations in their regions. We support the participation of sector representatives in curriculum development studies, ensuring that educational content is current and suitable for real business life.
Success Stories from Our Educational Support
We have many success stories about students, schools, and teachers who have benefited from our programs. Our scholarship recipient Ahmet completed his electrical-electronics engineering education and started working in our R&D department. Zeynep, who was trained in our workshops, became a production manager at a leading company in the sector. The vocational high school we supported in Eastern Anatolia increased the employment rate of its graduates from 40% to 85%.
