Evaluation and Interview Stages

Our typical evaluation process consists of the following stages:

  1. CV Pre-Evaluation: Applications are reviewed by Human Resources
  2. Phone Interview: Assessment of basic suitability and expectations
  3. Technical Interview: Position-specific evaluation with department manager and technical team
  4. Final Interview: Meeting with senior management and assessment of fit with company culture
  5. Job Offer: Offer presented to the selected candidate and agreement process

Throughout the process, we inform all candidates about the evaluation stages and provide feedback.

Internship and New Graduate Programs

Internship Opportunities

Every year we offer internship opportunities in summer and winter terms for students studying in engineering, business and technical departments. We provide our interns with the opportunity to work on real projects and mentoring support. Successful students participating in our internship programs are also offered job opportunities after graduation.

New Graduate Recruitment Program

Within the scope of our “Future Leaders” program, we offer a structured 18-month training and rotation program to selected new graduates every year. During the program, new graduates working in different departments have the opportunity to develop their technical knowledge and managerial skills, while gaining the opportunity to closely learn about company culture and operations.
