For new equipment, the warranty period begins after completion of equipment installation and commissioning. The commissioning report indicating the installation date is accepted as the warranty start date.

Normal wear and tear, user error, unauthorized interventions, natural disasters, inappropriate working conditions, use of non-original spare parts, lack of periodic maintenance, and exceeding specified capacity limits are outside warranty coverage.
